Two New TV Spots For ‘The Lucky One’ – Starring Zac Efron & Taylor Schilling

Warner Bros has released these two new TV spots for the Zac Efron-starring romantic drama ‘The Lucky One.’ Adapted from the book of the same name by Nicholas Sparks (The Notebook, Dear John), the film stars Zac Efron, Taylor Schilling, Blythe Danner, Adam LeFevre, Sharon Morris, Joe Chrest, Riley Thomas Stewart, Courtney J. Clark, and Jillian Batherson. Directed by Oscar-nominee Scott Hicks, ‘The Lucky One’ follows Logan Thibault (Zac Efron), a Marine who carries a photograph of an anonymous woman in his pocket during his three tours in Iraq as a good-luck charm. He attributes his good fortune to this photograph, and he sets out to meet his good-luck charm when he returns to North Carolina. ‘The Lucky One’ is released in cinemas April 20th in the US and May 4th in the UK.

U.S. Marine Sergeant Logan Thibault (Zac Efron) returns from his third tour of duty in Iraq, with the one thing he credits with keeping him alive—a photograph he found of a woman he doesn’t even know. Learning her name is Beth (Taylor Schilling) and where she lives, he shows up at her door, and ends up taking a job at her family-run local kennel. Despite her initial mistrust and the complications in her life, a romance develops between them, giving Logan hope that Beth could be much more than his good luck charm.
