Hot on the heels of the first look at Anne Hathaway as Fantine, Just Jared has today unveiled this debut look at Amanda Seyfried as Cosette on the set of ‘Les Misérables,’ Tom Hooper’s (The King’s Speech) adaptation of Victor Hugo’s 1862 novel and stage musical. The cast for the film is stellar, it also features Hugh Jackman as Jean Valjean, Russell Crowe as Inspector Javert, Samantha Barks as Eponine, Aaron Tveit as Enjolras, and Eddie Redmayne as Marius. Both Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter recently joined the musical epic as Monsieur Thenardierto and Madame Thénardier respectively. ‘Les Misérables’ is scheduled for release December 7th in the US and January 11th in the UK.
