Robert Pattinson Talks About ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2,’ The Series As A Whole & Its Fans
Speaking to MTV for his latest movie ‘Cosmopolis,’ Robert Pattinson also talked on the conclusion to “The Twilight Saga” franchise, ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.’ Speaking about completing the series, Pattinson says, “It’s an amazing experience. It’s a huge chunk of my life, and the end of the movie, the last few scenes, kind of look back at the whole series. It’s so sweet.” And now that “Twilight” is coming to its end, Pattinson says that he has grown significantly since his life as Edward Cullen began back in 2008 with the first “Twilight” movie. “I feel so much older now. The idea of if I had to do a sequel now, it would be like ‘I’m not 17 anymore.’”
In years since her first portrayal as Edward in ‘Twilight,’ Robert Pattinson continues to say that he has a hard time comprehending the level of dedication the “Twilight” fans have maintained over the years, saying. “I find it amazing, the intensity of people liking it. It’s crazy. It’s an elemental thing that it connected to, which I still don’t understand. I hope people like it.” Picking up where ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1′ left off, ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ will be released in cinemas November 16th. The brief synopsis for the film is described as follows: “After the birth of Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward’s (Robert Pattinson) daughter, Renesmee, the Cullens gather other vampire clans in order to protect the child from a false allegation that puts the family in front of the Volturi.” Renesmee is considered to be Edward and Bella’s “miracle”, because of what it took to keep her and her mother alive through the pregnancy. She has the special powers to show people her thoughts by touching them and break through their mental defenses.
