After years of speculation, series creator Doug Ellin, who wrote the screenplay and who executive produced the series with Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson, confirmed today on his Twitter account that cameras are ready to roll on the ‘Entourage’ feature film and that the entire cast is set to return. Ellin will also direct the film.

As a series, ‘Entourage’ ran for eight seasons on HBO between 2004 and 2011. According to Deadline, deals have been reached with Adrian Grenier, who played Chase; Kevin Connolly, who played his manager Eric “E” Murphy; Kevin Dillon, who played the actor’s brother Johnny Drama; Jerry Ferrara, who played their entrepreneurial driver Turtle; and Jeremy Piven, who played the show’s iconic type A talent agent Ari Gold. The ‘Entourage’ film is set to start production this January.
