Debut ‘The Bourne Legacy’ Trailer & Poster – Starring Jeremy Renner, Edward Norton & Rachel Weisz

This first trailer and poster has emerged online for the impending Bourne spinoff, ‘The Bourne Legacy.’ Directed by Tony Gilroy (The Devil’s Advocate, Michael Clayton), ‘The Bourne Legacy’ will feature a whole new hero (Jeremy Renner) in the same universe as the first three Bourne films – though the character of Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) will be absent. ‘The Bourne Legacy’ comes to cinemas August 3rd in the US, and August 17th in the UK. The likes of Ed Norton, Oscar Isaac Joan Allen, Albert Finney, Stacy Keach, Rachel Weisz and Scott Glenn co-star. While details on the film are currently kept under wraps, Jeremy Renner recently had the following to say about the project: “My character is called Aaron Cross, but he ends up having a bunch of different names. For fans of the franchise, [The Bourne Legacy] has that same ticking clock, but it’s a new programme and new characters.” So is Treadstone still involved? “Yeah, it’s that same deal, it’s just a new set of agents with a different leash. It’s the same tempo and pace but more expansive and bigger. The differences are pretty vast but you’ll know it’s a Bourne movie.”
The films official synopsis is as follows: The narrative architect behind the Bourne film series, Tony Gilroy, takes the helm in the next chapter of the hugely popular espionage franchise that has earned almost $1 billion at the global box office: The Bourne Legacy. The writer/director expands the Bourneuniverse created by Robert Ludlum with an original story that introduces us to a new hero (Jeremy Renner) whose life-or-death stakes have been triggered by the events of the first three films. For The Bourne Legacy, Renner joins fellow series newcomers Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Stacy Keach and Oscar Isaac, while franchise veterans Albert Finney, Joan Allen, David Strathairn and Scott Glenn reprise their roles.
Extended TV Spot For ‘John Carter’ – Starring Taylor Kitsch, Mark Strong & Lynn Collins

Comingsoon has released this great new TV spot for Andrew Stanton’s (WALL•E, Finding Nemo) action-adventure epic ‘John Carter.’ ‘John Carter’ chronicles the journey of Civil-War veteran John Carter (Taylor Kitsch), who finds himself battling a new and mysterious war amidst a host of strange Martian inhabitants, including Tars Tarkas (Willem Dafoe) and Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins). Set for release March 9th, the film also stars the likes of Samantha Morton, Mark Strong, Ciaran Hinds, Dominic West, James Purefoy, Daryl Sabara, Polly Walker, Bryan Cranston, and Thomas Hayden Church. ‘John Carter’ is an adaptation of Edgar Rice Burroughs ‘John Carter of Mars.’

New TV Spot For Tarsem Singh’s Snow White Adaptation ‘Mirror Mirror’

Relativity Media has premiered this new TV spot for Tarsem Singh’s (The Fall, Immortals) ‘Mirror Mirror.’ In the film, an evil Queen (Julia Roberts) steals control of a kingdom, and an exiled princess (Lily Collins) enlists the help of seven resourceful rebels to win back her birthright in a spirited adventure comedy filled with jealousy, romance, and betrayal that will capture the imagination of audiences the world over. The film also stars Armie Hammer (The Social Network) as the object of their affection, Prince Andrew Alcott, and Nathan Lane (The Birdcage) as the hapless and bungling servant to the Queen.
Rounding out the cast are: Sean Bean (HBO’s Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings: The Return of The King), Mare Winningham (Brothers) as Baker Margaret, Michael Lerner (Elf) as Baron and Mark Povinelli (Water for Elephants), Jordan Prentice (Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle), Danny Woodburn (Watchmen), Sebastian Saraceno (Bedtime Stories), Ronald Lee Clark (Epic Movie), Martin Klebba (Pirates of The Caribbean) and Joey Gnoffo (The Benchwarmers) as the Seven Dwarfs. ‘Mirror Mirror’ is set for release March 16th.
New ‘G.I. Joe: Retaliation’ International Trailer – Starring Channing Tatum, Dwayne Johnson & Bruce Willis

Featuring brief snippets of new footage, Paramount Pictures has released this French trailer for ‘G.I. Joe: Retaliation.’ Expect cheesy one-liners and action in abundance when ‘G.I. Joe: Retaliation’ hits cinemas June 29th in the US, and June 22nd in the UK. Channing Tatum (Duke), Ray Park (Snake Eyes), and Byung-hun Lee (Storm Shadow) are reprising their roles from the first film. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson (Roadblock), Adrianne Palicki (Lady Jaye), RZA (Blind Master), D.J. Cotrona (Flint), Joseph Mazzello (Mouse), Walton Goggins (Warden Nigel James), Elodie Yung (Jinx), and Bruce Willis (General Joe Colton) are all joining the sequel. The film is directed by Jon Chu (Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, Step Up 2: The Streets). The script is by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Zombieland).

Sony Pictures has debuted this fantastic theatrical trailer for Marc Webb’s hotly anticipated ‘The Amazing Spider-Man.’ Based on the Marvel Comic Book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, the 3D action-adventure will be swinging onto the big screen July 3rd in the US, and July 4th in the UK. The film stars Andrew Garfield (Peter Parker/Spider-Man), Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy), Rhys Ifans (Dr. Curt Conners/The Lizard), Denis Leary (George Stacy), Campbell Scott (Richard Parker), Irrfan Khan (Nels Van Adder/Proto-Goblin), Martin Sheen (Ben Parker) and Sally Field (May Parker). ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ is directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay by James Vanderbilt, Alvin Sargent and Steve Kloves.

Three TV Spots For ‘Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance’ – Starring Nicolas Cage & Idris Elba

Featuring snippets of new footage, Sony Pictures has released these three TV spots for their barmy looking action adventure flick ‘Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance.’ It has been several years since making a deal with the Devil and Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage), living in self-imposed isolation, finds himself as the only person who can help save 10-year-old Danny – and ultimately the world – thanks to his unwanted and uncontrollable power – his ability to transform into the hell-on-wheels monster known as The Ghost Rider. Directed by Brian Taylor and Mark Neveldine (Crank, Gamer), ‘Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance’ opens February 17th.
