Two Possible Titles For Peter Jackson’s Two-Film Adaptation Of ‘The Hobbit’ Revealed

Theonering.net – the place for all good things J.R.R. Tolkein related – hear that New Line has recently registered the following two film titles: The Hobbit: There and Back Again, and The Hobbit: An/The Unexpected Journey. Hinting at two possible titles for Peter Jackson’s two-film adaptation of ‘The Hobbit.’
The first part of The Hobbit is slated for a December 2012 release, with part two following a year later in December 2013. Confirmed cast include Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, Richard Armitage, Ken Stott, Graham McTavish, William Kircher, James Nesbitt, Stephen Hunter, Rob Kazinsky, Aidan Turner, Peter Hambleton, John Callen, Jed Brophy, Mark Hadlow, Adam Brown, Cate Blanchett, Andy Serkis, Mikael Persbrant, Sylvester McCoy and Elijah Wood. I’m sure we’ll be hearing confirmed titles for the films soonish.
Quentin Tarantino’s Next Film A Spaghetti Western Starring Christoph Waltz?

Quentin Tarantino directing a spaghetti western – YES FRIGGIN PLEASE! This is one story I REALLY hope is true. Following ‘Inglourious Basterds’ things have been quiet on the Tarantino front, this looks to change after Italian actor Franco Nero revealed that he’s set to work with the director on an upcoming spaghetti western:
“The film will be called The Angel, The Bad And The Wise and is a tribute to Sergio Leone. It’s a movie that contains humor, lots of action, but also a great plot. We have already been signed by a dozen people who will be part of project. Among the filmmakers involved include Quentin Tarantino, Keith Carradine, Treat Williams, fifteen people in all Americans who want to do this movie and so we are trying to produce it outside of Italy.”
AICN have dug deeper and through their Tarantino sources have revealed “1) Quentin Tarantino’s next film is a spaghetti western, 2) Christoph Waltz is “one of the stars”, and 3) that title is completely wrong (even if it got completely mangled by Google Translate, it’s still not even close). I cannot confirm plot details at present (though I think I’ve got the premise).”
I can’t really put into word how excited I am by this. I’m a huge Tarantino fan, and Sergio Leone may just be my favourite director, with his classic ‘The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly’ routinely featuring as my favourite film of all time (my favourite film rotates depending on mood!).
Upcoming Spider-Man Reboot Officialy Titled ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ – Plus A New Image

Sony have finally announced that Marc Webb’s upcoming Spider-Man reboot will be officially titled ‘The Amazing Spider-Man.’ They’ve also been kind enough to liberate this new image of Spidey in full costume, which I really dig!
I’ve got full faith in Andrew Garfield as Spider-man, he’s had a tremendous year with both ‘The Social Network’ and ‘Never Let Me Go’ earning great critical acclaim. ‘The Amazing Spider-Man swings back onto the big screen July 3rd 2012 and stars Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Campbell Scott, Julianne Nicholson, Irrfan Khan and Denis Leary.
Charlize Theron Cast In Ridley Scott’s Upcoming Alien Movie ‘Prometheus’ Opposite Noomi Rapace & Michael Fassbender

Variety bring word that Charlize Theron will star opposite Michael Fassbender and Noomi Rapace in Ridley Scott’s forthcoming Alien movie ‘Prometheus.’ Fassbender is playing an android, Rapace is confirmed to star in the lead role of Elizabeth Shaw, while Theron will portray a character named Vickers.
‘Prometheus’ recently shifted release dates, moving from a March 2012 berth to a high-profile summer release of June 8th, 2012. My excitement meter is officially set to ‘squeal like a Japanese schoolgirl’ for this flick.

THR bring word that Michael Fassbender will star opposite Noomi Rapace in Ridley Scott’s Alien movie ‘Prometheus.’ Fassbender is playing an android, Rapace is confirmed to star in the lead role of Elizabeth Shaw, while Angelina Jolie and Charlize Theron are circling one of the four other major roles (Vickers).

First Look At The New Full Spider-Man Costume In Action

This image from the set of the upcoming Spider-Man reboot has surfaced online giving us our first clearish look at the full Spider-Man costume in action. From the image it definitely looks like Spidey’s rocking mechanical web shooters on his wrists – much like the kind that were used in the original Spider-Man comics. Also just to point out this suit is more than likely a stunt costume, meaning it’s in all likelihood missing a few details.
