Alice Braga Joins The Likes Of Matt Damon & Sharlto Copley In Neill Blomkamp’s ‘Elysium’
May 29th
Deadline have caught wind that Alice Braga (City Of God, Predators, I Am Legend) has joined Sharlto Copley, Matt Damon, Jodie Foster, William Fichtner and Wagner Moura in Neill Blomkamp’s (District 9) highly anticipated sophmore feature film ‘Elysium.’
Very little is known about ‘Elysium’ at this moment in time, all we do know is that it‘s set 100 years in the future and that we should (hopefully) expect a riveting sci-fi flick with socio-political undertones. I for one am amped for this film, I was a huge fan of Blomkamp’s ‘District 9,’ that film had style and substance in abundance. Elysium is set to enter production soon for a targeted release date of March 1st, 2013.
