Huge Collection Of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Concept Art Spotlights Bane’s Mask & Selina Kyle’s Costume
Dec 27th
With ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ out now on home video release, Batman Hungary (via CBM) has posted over 60 pieces of concept art for the exhilarating finale in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy. The pics provide us with some great looks at early concepts of Bane’s (Tom Hardy) mask, alternative costumes for Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway), Bruce Wayne’s nifty EMP rifle and more. Alongside Hardy’s dastardly, imposing and oddly charismatic villain, Bane, one of my favourite ingredients of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ was undoubtedly Hathaway’s Selina Kyle/Catwoman. I thought she brought mischief, humour and humanity to ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ in abundance as this mysterious cat burglar desperate for a fresh start.
