Debut Trailer For ‘What To Expect When You’re Expecting’ – Starring Elizabeth Banks, Cameron Diaz & Jennifer Lopez
Dec 9th

Yahoo! Movies has premiered this first trailer for Kirk Jones’ (Waking Ned Devine, Everybody’s Fine) upcoming adaptation of the bestselling pregnancy instructional book of the same name, ‘What To Expect When You’re Expecting.’ The film is described as a modern look at love through the eyes of four interconnected couples experiencing the thrills and surprises of having a baby. The likes of Elizabeth Banks, Rob Heubel, Anna Kendrick, Cameron Diaz, Dennis Quaid, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Rock, Chace Crawford, Matthew Morrison, Brooklyn Decker, Thomas Lennon, and Wendy McLendon-Covey star. ‘What To Expect When You’re Expecting’ is scheduled for release May 11th 2012.
Over the moon about starting a family, TV fitness guru Jules and dance show star Evan find that their high-octane celebrity lives don’t stand a chance against the surprise demands of pregnancy. Baby-crazy author and advocate Wendy gets a taste of her own militant mommy advice when pregnancy hormones ravage her body; while Wendy’s husband, Gary, struggles not to be outdone by his competitive alpha-Dad, who’s expecting twins with his much younger trophy wife, Skyler. Photographer Holly is prepared to travel the globe to adopt a child, but her husband Alex isn’t so sure, and tries to quiet his panic by attending a “dudes” support group, where new fathers get to tell it like it really is. And rival food truck chefs Rosie and Marco’s surprise hook-up results in an unexpected quandary: what to do when your first child comes before your first date?
Jason Segel Interview For ‘Bad Teacher’
Jun 22nd
Some teachers just don’t give an F. For example, there’s Elizabeth (Cameron Diaz). She’s foul-mouthed, ruthless, and inappropriate. She drinks, she gets high, and she can’t wait to marry her meal ticket and get out of her bogus day job. When she’s dumped by her fiancé, she sets her plan in motion to win over a rich, handsome substitute (Justin Timberlake) – competing for his affections with an overly energetic colleague, Amy (Lucy Punch). When Elizabeth also finds herself fighting off the advances of a sarcastic, irreverent gym teacher, Russell Gettis (Jason Segel), the consequences of her wild and outrageous schemes give her students, her co-workers, and even herself an education like no other. Check out what Jason Segel had to say about the film below. ‘Bad Teacher’ is out now in UK cinemas and June 24th in the US.
Your character is kind of the voice of reason in this.
Jason Segel: Yeah, it was really fun, to some extent I’m the straight man. And also I think in a small way I’m the eyes of the audience a little bit. I’m the one who pops in and calls her on her BS – which I think is what the audience kind of wants to do at points. “What are you doing?!“ And I’m the character who gets to voice that opinion, so that was really fun. I got to come in and just kind of observe and try to get a couple of zingers in there. That was kind of my goal and to just be natural. It was easy to act against Cameron and the entire cast.

You got to work with some great actors on this film, and you all worked so well together on screen, how was that ?
Justin Timberlake: It’s really fun to see Cameron in this part, she’s done a lot of films, had a lot of memorable comedic moments on film. But none of them have been in this tone. It’s REALLY fun to watch her play this character, simply because it’s just something people haven’t seen her do. It works for Cameron because she’s so innately lovable, there’s almost this getting away with being so brash and hardcore. It’s perfect for her, already I look at her role and think that’s going to be a classic Cameron Diaz character, when you look back at her catalogue.

How did you go about choosing the role?
Cameron Diaz: I think that parts like this don’t come around very often for anyone, man or woman (laughs). It was such a well written script, every part of it just worked. That doesn’t happen very often in the world of making movies, you are often trying to fix things as you go, nothing needed to be fixed on this, it was perfect. We had an amazing group of people who wanted to be apart of it as well, that always helps (laughs).
