The Last Airbender Trailer

THE LAST AIRBENDER FILM The Last Airbender Trailer

From the trailer this looks exactly how the Dragonball film should have looked like! The TV Spot and the recent posters looked pretty good but to be honest I’m still gonna have to wait and see some reviews before I see this (hopefully I’ll be invited to the screening :) ) I’m still scarred by The Happening, forgiveness is a long road for M.Night Shyamalan in my books, The Village and Lady In The Water or whatever it was called p**sed me off too much!

Based on the hugely successful Nickelodeon animated TV series, the live-action feature film is set in a world where human civilization is divided into four nations: Water, Earth, Air and Fire. The Fire Nation is waging a ruthless, oppressive war against the other three nations. The film’s hero, the reluctant young Aang (Noah Ringer), is the “Last Airbender” — the Avatar who, according to prophecy, has the ability to manipulate all of the elements and bring all the nations together. Aided by a protective teenage Waterbender named Katara (Nicola Peltz) and her bull-headed brother Sokka, Aang proceeds on a perilous journey to restore balance to their war-torn world. Dev Patel plays the Fire Nation’s evil prince Zuko. Exiled from the Fire Nation by his father, Zuko is sent to capture the Avatar in order to restore his honor and right to the throne.

The Last Airbender: Super Bowl TV Spot

dev patel airbender The Last Airbender: Super Bowl TV Spot

Expect to see a steady stream of trailers and TV Spot’s this week in time for the Superbowl – 100 million viewers. Below is the new Tv Spot for M.Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender, it definitely looks a lot better than Dragonball, which isn’t saying much, it also should be at least 3536 times better than Shyamalan’s last film The Happening, which also isn’t saying much. Negativity and jokes aside this looks pretty good, the visuals look great. I’m slowly coming down from the fence for this.

The Last Airbender Posters

Above are the first two posters for M. Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender, with Dev Patel’s evil character Zuko on the right and Noah Ringer’s character Aang on the left. It’s been nearly 7 months since the impressive teaser trailer hit the internet, I’m not fully convinced about this though, just for the fact that M. Night’s last film was The Happening, that film was so bad it felt like a con, it was a huge, steaming, smelly turd of a film if there ever was one. I still think M. Night is a talented director (which frustrated me even more) and I believe this sort of source material will bring the best out of him. Look out for the trailer in Febuary
