Youth In Revolt Red Band Trailer
Dec 9th

This does look very funny, Michael Cera has mastered the ‘awkward socially inept strange guy’ role, hopefully with Scott Pilgrim Vs The World he shows a bit more range though. He’s carved a nice niche for himself playing near enough the same character in every film, but you know what it makes me laugh so more power to him!
Youth In Revolt is in cinemas January 8, 2010
Batman 3 – Speculation: 4 Story’s We Would NOT Want To See!
Dec 7th
There has been so much speculation online about the various possibilities for the follow up to The Dark Knight, everything from Johnny Depp playing The Riddler, Phillip Seymour Hoffmon playing the Penguin, Harvey Dent still being alive and returning, Angelina Jolie playing the Catwomen and to worst of all Eddie Murphy playing The Riddler. Warner Brothers have given not one shred of information so far and all potential casting and story information has been pure rumours and speculation. I really doubt we will get any information regarding the next instalment of the Christopher Nolan’s Batman franchise until Inception comes out mid 2010. Below I have discounted 4 plot outlines for the next instalment.

A Batman Christmas, the picture above is perfect evidence why this would be a very bad idea, also please no Robin everyone hates Robin

The Devil Wears Prada version of Batman, in which Batman aims to update his wardrobe with assistance from the cast of Sex And The City and Meryl Streep. Paris Hilton will ‘sing’ the theme song.

Batman goes the Brokeback Mountain route with Robin insisting ‘I wish I knew how to quit you.’

Batman The Sexist, Batman insists his girlfriend must stay in the kitchen and make him sandwich’s. He would also have an all out war on feminism, Catwomen will be the anti hero fighting for womens rights.
Star Trek – Gag Reel
Nov 18th

Even though I enjoyed the actual film, I felt it was slightly overated, good but just not great. The Dvd/Blu-Ray of Star Trek is released this week with the best put together gag reels I’ve seen as a DVD/Blu-Ray Extra. The people behind the production have put together it as a narrative of sorts, it looks like they had a lot of fun making the film. Irish Spock = lulz
