In the highly anticipated next chapter of the blockbuster The Twilight Saga, the newfound married bliss of Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) is cut short when a series of betrayals and misfortunes threatens to destroy their world.
After their wedding, Bella and Edward travel to Rio de Janeiro for their honeymoon, where they finally give in to their passions. Bella soon discovers she is pregnant, and during a nearly fatal childbirth, Edward finally fulfills her wish to become immortal. But the arrival of their remarkable daughter, Renesmee, sets in motion a perilous chain of events that pits the Cullens and their allies against the Volturi, the fearsome council of vampire leaders, setting the stage for an all-out battle. The suspenseful and deeply romantic Breaking Dawn continues the epic tale of supernatural fantasy and passionate love that has made The Twilight Saga a worldwide phenomenon.

DreamWorks and Paramount Pictures have liberated this new TV spot for Jon Favreau’s hugely anticipated sci-fi western ‘Cowboys & Aliens.’ I’ve been getting more and more psyched for this film, the trailer that was released a few weeks back managed to ramp up my anticipation tenfold, fingers crossed it doesn’t disappoint! The cast for the movie is heaped with talent in Daniel Craig, Olivia Wilde, Harrison Ford, Sam Rockwell, Keith Carradine and Paul Dano. ‘Cowboys & Aliens’ will be hitting cinemas July 29th 2011 in the US, and August 12th in the UK – you can count me in.
1873. Arizona Territory. A stranger (Daniel Craig) with no memory of his past stumbles into the hard desert town of Absolution. The only hint to his history is a mysterious shackle that encircles one wrist. What he discovers is that the people of Absolution don’t welcome strangers, and nobody makes a move on its streets unless ordered to do so by the iron-fisted Colonel Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford). It’s a town that lives in fear. But Absolution is about to experience fear it can scarcely comprehend as the desolate city is attacked by marauders from the sky. Screaming down with breathtaking velocity and blinding lights to abduct the helpless one by one, these monsters challenge everything the residents have ever known.

Firstshowing have got their mitts on this new Steven Spielberg-esq Japanese poster for J.J. Abrams’ hugely anticipated sci-fi thriller ‘Super 8.’ My excitement meter is officially set to ‘squeal like a Japanese schoolgirl’ for this flick. ’Super 8′ stars Kyle Chandler, Elle Fanning, Ron Eldard, Noah Emmerich, Joel Courtney, Riley Griffiths, Ryan Lee, Zach Mills, Gabriel Basso and AJ Michalka. June 10th is the US release date, the UK has to wait until August 5th. Side note - J.J. Abrams sure loves himself some lens flare.
In the summer of 1979, a group of friends in a small Ohio town witness a catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth – something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.
