New Trailer For Will Gluck’s ‘Friends With Benefits’ – Starring Mila Kunis, Justin Timberlake & Woody Harrelson
Mar 16th

This rather fantastic trailer has been released online for Will Gluck’s ‘Friends With Benefits,’ which stars Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake. The film is Gluck’s follow up to the surprisingly excellent (I venomously hate teen comedies) ‘Easy A.’ The film co-stars Emma Stone, Woody Harrelson, Jenna Elfman, Patricia Clarkson, Richard Jenkins, and Andy Samberg. Look out for this in cinemas July 22nd.
A young female headhunter (Mila Kunis) in New York convinces a potential recruit (Justin Timberlake) to accept a job in the Big Apple. Despite an attraction to each other, both realize they’re everything they’ve been running from in a relationship and decide to see what happens if they leave emotion out of it and keep it strictly physical.
More Images From ‘Scream 4′ – Starring Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox & David Arquette
Mar 16th
A new stash of blood splattered images have been released online from the fourth instalment in Wes Craven’s iconic slasher series ‘Scream 4.’ Look out for this in cinemas April 15th, 2011. The film stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Emma Roberts, Ashley Greene, and Nico Tortorella amongst a whole host of others.
“Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell), now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey (David Arquette) and Gale (Courteney Cox), who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill (Emma Roberts) and her Aunt Kate (Mary McDonnell). Unfortunately Sidney’s appearance also brings about the return of Ghostface, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends, and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger.”
New Chris Evans Image From ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’
Mar 15th
DailyBlam have unveiled this new image of an irate looking Chris Evans as Captain America in Joe Johnston’s ‘Captain America: The First Avenger.’ Expect to see Paramount Pictures cranking up the promotional campaign for the film in the next few weeks, I’ve got a sneaky feeling we’ll be seeing a full theatrical trailer this month. ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ comes to cinemas July 22nd, 2011 in the US, and July 29th 2011 in the UK. The film stars Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Tommy Lee Jones, Neal McDonough, Sebastian Stan, Dominic Cooper, Hayley Atwell, Derek Luke and Toby Jones.
CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. Born during the Great Depression, Steve Rogers grew up a frail youth in a poor family. Horrified by the newsreel footage of the Nazis in Europe, Rogers was inspired to enlist in the army. However, because of his frailty and sickness, he was rejected. Overhearing the boy’s earnest plea, General Chester Phillips offered Rogers the opportunity to take part in a special experiment… Operation: Rebirth. After weeks of tests, Rogers was at last administered the Super-Solider Serum and bombarded by “vita-rays.” Steve Rogers emerged from the treatment with a body as perfect as a body can be and still be human. Rogers was then put through an intensive physical and tactical training program. Three months later, he was given his first assignment as Captain America. Armed with his indestructible shield and battle savvy, Captain America has continued his war against evil both as a sentinel of liberty and as leader of the Avengers.
Second Poster For James Gunn’s ‘Super’ – Starring Rainn Wilson, Ellen Page & Kevin Bacon
Mar 14th
“SHE’LL TOTALLY F**KING BEAT EVIL.” IFC have liberated this great new poster for James Gunn’s upcoming superhero comedy ‘Super’. This movie looks like it’s a few slices short of a loaf of bread – it looks nuts, in a thoroughly entertaining, yet completely random way! I enjoyed James Gunn’s last movie ‘Slither,’ I hope this another gem. ‘Super’ stars Rainn Wilson, Ellen Page, Liv Tyler, and Kevin Bacon.
Frank (Rainn Wilson) is an average guy who transforms himself into superhero The Crimson Bolt after his wife Sarah (Liv Tyler) hooks up with a smooth-talking drug dealer, Jacques (Kevin Bacon). What Frank lacks in superpowers, he makes up for with a trusty wrench in his one-man war on crime. But every superhero needs a sidekick. Enter Libby (Ellen Page), a cute psychopath working at the local comic book store. Transforming into “Boltie”, Libby teams up with Frank to take Jacques down. From the surprising imagination of writer-director James Gunn (Slither) comes Bolt and Boltie, a crazed crime fighting duo for the XBox generation. They’re here to save the day, or at least to beat you up.
Mexican Poster For ‘The Smurfs’ – Featuring The Voice Cast Of Alan Cumming, Hank Azaria, Anton Yelchin & Katy Perry
Mar 8th
IMP Awards have let loose this Mexican poster for Los Pitufos ‘The Smurfs.’ I’ve got a strong hunch that this film will be one of 2011′s sh*ttest worst. It’s not out until August and I’m already tired of covering it. On an interest scale of 1 to 1232324424, I’m currently at a low 0.
The film features the voice cast of Alan Cumming, Katy Perry, Anton Yelchin, Pual Reubens, B.J. Novak, Fred Armisen, George Lopez, Kenan Thompson, John Oliver, and Jonathan Winters, with Hank Azaria playing Gargamel. The Smurfs is set for release August 3rd, 2011.
