Look, I fully understand this film is not targeted towards me, yes it’s a kids movie, but damn this film look so bad, it’s taken a left past good, went across hilariously-terrible junction, took a sharp right at awful, before it halted abruptly at horrendous-but-awesomely-good-dreadfulness. I’m a fan of Robert Rodriguez as well, PLEASE STOP SIR. ‘Spy Kids: All the Time in the World’ stars Jessica Alba, Jeremy Piven, Joel McHale, Rowan Blanchard, Mason Cook, Antonio Banderas, Danny Trejo, Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara. It’s set for release in 3D and 2D theaters on August 19th.

On the surface, Marissa Cortez Wilson (Jessica Alba) has it all…married to a famous spy hunting television reporter, a new baby and intelligent twin step kids. But in reality, trying to mother Rebecca (Rowan Blanchard) and Cecil (Mason Cook), who clearly don’t want her around, is her toughest challenge yet. Also, her husband, Wilbur (Joel McHale), wouldn’t know a spy if he lived with one which is exactly the case – Marissa’s a retired secret agent.

Marissa’s world is turned upside down when the maniacal Timekeeper (Jeremy Piven) threatens to take over the planet and she’s called back into action by the head of OSS, home of the greatest spies and where the now-defunct Spy Kids division was created. With Armageddon quickly approaching, Rebecca and Cecil are thrust into action when they learn their boring stepmom was once a top agent and now the world’s most competitive ten year olds are forced to put their bickering aside and rely on their wits. With a little help from a couple of very familiar Spy Kids, Carmen (Alexa Vega) and Juni Cortez (Daryl Sabara), and some mind-blowing gadgets, they just may be able to save the world and possibly bring their family together while they’re at it.

Which thankfully is a step up from the last two, it still doesn’t look amazing but at least it made me laugh slightly – especially the last section of the trailer. To be frank I’ve got a sneaky feeling that this film will be a bit of a turd. A new Christmas themed poster for Little Fockers has been released online via Apple. The fact that the trailer had a severe humour deficit and that the studio got Dustin Hoffman to reprise his role in some last minute re-shoots doesn’t give me the most confidence in this movie. Four new TV spots for Machete have sprung online giving us a closer look at four of the main characters in Robert Rodriguez’s Grindhouse inspired movie. I’m so sold on this film already, this looks like it’s going to deliver epic levels of awesomeness and mayhem. Robert Rodriguez is unrivaled at badassery, I truly don’t expect any of these characters to ever look back at an explosion. Eg:

The feature version of the trailer finds Machete (Danny Trejo) a renegade former Mexican Federale, roaming the streets of Texas after a shakedown from drug lord Torrez (Steven Seagal). Double crossed and on the run Machete braves the odds with the help of Luz (Michelle Rodriguez), a saucy taco slinger, Padre (Cheech Marin) his “holy” brother, and April (Lindsay Lohan) a socialite with a penchant for guns. All while being tracked by Sartana (Jessica Alba), a sexy ICE agent with a special interest in the blade slinger. Machete comes to cinemas September 3rd in the US and October 29th in the UK. To be honest with you this was my face while watching the trailer :-[ ……it looks so unfunny. The cast is pretty stacked with talent in Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, Jessica Alba, Laura Dern, Harvey Keitel, Teri Polo and Barbra Streisand, hopefully some fine performances will be it’s saving grace.

Holy hell and sh*t fire, this trailer is grade A badass motherf*ckery!!! If you like no hold barred carnage, this film is most certainly for you, in the trailer Danny Trejo (Machete) uses intestines as a rope……INTESTINES AS A ROPE! I really don’t know what to say, it’s just nuts, it looks like so much fun though. Warning this trailer is very NSFW.

These new character posters for Machete, much like the trailer released last week embody the word awesome. They feature a knife, a sword, four hand guns, a huge machine gun/grenade launcher and roughly twenty machete’s. I love the look of this film, Robert Rodriguez is unrivaled at badassery and grindhouse style marketing. I don’t expect any of these characters to ever look back at an explosion. Eg:
