Red Band Trailer For Steve McQueen’s ‘Shame’ – Starring Michael Fassbender

Fox Searchlight has unleashed this red band trailer for ‘Shame,’ the stunning second collaboration between Michael Fassbender and writer/director Steve McQueen – the first being the unflinching and powerful biographical drama ‘Hunger.’ Written by Steven McQueen and Abi Morgan, the film also stars the likes of Carey Mulligan, Nicole Beharie and James Badge Dale. ‘Shame’ is scheduled to be released December 2nd in the US and January 13th in the UK.
‘Shame’ follows Brandon (Michael Fassbender), a thirty-something man, closed from emotional contact, lonely, unable to manage his sex life and moving towards self-destruction. When his wayward younger sister moves into his apartment stirring memories of their shared painful past, Brandon’s insular life spirals out of control. Debut Teaser Posters Officially Released For ‘Men In Black 3′ – Starring Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones & Josh Brolin

Columbia Pictures has released these first two teaser posters for Barry Sonnenfeld’s ‘Men in Black III.’ Cast members for ‘Men in Black III’ include Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones reprising their roles, Sacha Baron Cohen, Emma Thompson, Josh Brolin (portraying a younger version of Tommy Lee Jones’s character Agent Kay), Emma Thompson, Jermaine Clement, Sharlto Copley, Johnny Knoxville, Alice Eve, Betty White and Nicole Scherzinger.
For those confused why Brolin is playing a younger Agent K, part of the plot for ‘Men in Black III’ involves Agent J (Will Smith) going back to the 1960s to save K and thus prevent a universe-ending catastrophe. ‘Men in Black’ and ‘Men in Black II,’ which came out in 1997 and 2002 respectively, have combined to earn nearly 1.1 billion dollars worldwide – big chee$e. ‘Men in Black III’ is set for release May 25th 2012. International ‘Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax’ Poster – Featuring The Voices Of Danny DeVito, Zac Efron & Ed Helms

Kinopoisk has uncovered this new Latin American poster for the 3D-CGI feature ’Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax.’ Opening in 3D and 2D cinemas on March 2nd in the US and July 27th in the UK, the film features the voices of Danny DeVito, Zac Efron, Ed Helms, Rob Riggle, Taylor Swift and Betty White.
‘Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax’ is an adaptation of Dr. Seuss’ classic tale of a forest creature who shares the enduring power of hope. The animated adventure follows the journey of a boy as he searches for the one thing that will enable him to win the affection of the girl of his dreams. To find it he must discover the story of the Lorax, the grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world. Danny DeVito will lend his vocal talents to the iconic title character of the Lorax, while Ed Helms will voice the enigmatic Once-ler. Also bringing their talents to the film are global superstars Zac Efron as Ted, the idealistic young boy who searches for the Lorax, and Taylor Swift as Audrey, the girl of Ted’s dreams. Rob Riggle will play financial king O’Hare, and beloved actress Betty White will portray Ted’s wise Grammy Norma.

Six New Images From ‘John Carter’ – Starring Taylor Kitsch, Willem Dafoe & Lynn Collins

SFX have released this new batch of images from Andrew Stanton’s (WALL•E, Finding Nemo) upcoming action-adventure epic ‘John Carter.’‘John Carter’ chronicles the journey of Civil-War veteran John Carter (Taylor Kitsch), who finds himself battling a new and mysterious war amidst a host of strange Martian inhabitants, including Tars Tarkas (Willem Dafoe) and Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins). The film is set for release March 9th 2012, and stars the likes of Kitsch, Collins, Samantha Morton, Mark Strong, Ciaran Hinds, Dominic West, James Purefoy, Daryl Sabara, Polly Walker, Bryan Cranston, Thomas Hayden Church and Dafoe. The film is an adaptation of Edgar Rice Burroughs ‘John Carter of Mars.’ Look out for the films new trailer on Thursday.

“He’s not Superman. He has this one Superman-like ability where he can leap farther than we can here [on Earth]. But it’s like being a man on the moon. It can’t be forever. He can build up momentum. This green species called Tharks, they know his one special jumping ability, so they chain him to a rock. It’s entertainment. It’s entertainment to watch this execution. They give him a nice long length of chain, so he can bounce around, but he can’t go out of the arena. It’s an interesting problem to have for that guy.”
