With shooting on Andrew Dominik’s upcoming crime flick ‘Cogan’s Trade’ wrapping up last week this new image has been released online of Brad Pitt playing the titular character Jackie Cogan. Dominik previously directed Pitt in ‘The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford,’ without a doubt one of my favourite movies of the last decade. Their Jesse James co-stars Casey Affleck and Sam Rockwell are also starring in this flick. Risky Business report that Ray Liotta, James Gandolfini, Javier Bardem, Casey Affleck, Mark Ruffalo, Vincent Curatola and Richard Jenkins have joined the cast of writer-director Andrew Dominik’s adaptation of the 1974 George V. Higgins novel ‘Cogan’s Trade.’ Brad Pitt and Sam Rockwell were previously confirmed to re-team with Dominik, who along with Casey Affleck starred in his previous film ‘The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford,’ without a doubt one of my favourite movies of the last decade.
