Awesome New Poster For Gareth Edwards’ Monsters
Sep 3rd
There’s been some cracking posters released lately, out of all of them this one’s the mutts nuts! It’s got a real eerie feel about it. I’m pretty psyched for this – a thought provoking film that will grab me by my eye balls, it looks stunning! Monsters received a glowing response at both Cannes and SXSW, and for those that don’t know the film was shot with just a five person crew and a cast of two. Director Gareth Edwards definitely seems one for the future. Monsters is hitting cinemas October 29th 2010 in the US and November 12th 2010 in the UK.
Six years ago NASA discovered the possibility of alien life within our solar system. A probe was launched to collect samples, but crashed upon re-entry over Central America. Soon after, new life form began to appear and half of Mexico was quarantined as an INFECTED ZONE. Today, the American and Mexican military still struggle to contain “the creatures”…… Our story begins when a US journalist agrees to escort a shaken tourist through the infected zone in Mexico to the safety of the US border.

20th Century Fox have released a new featurette for Avatar which includes all new footage, interviews from the cast and gives away too much of the story!?!?! Check out the featurette below. I’m amped for this!
I also recieved word today from Atlantic records that they are releasing the official soundtrack for Avatar on 14th December. Also Leona Lewis has recorded the end title song ‘I See You’, which will feature on the soundtrack along with music composed and conducted by Academy Award winner James Horner. I hope isn’ t anything like that Celine Dion Titanic song, whenever I hear that song I want to kill rabbits.
Here’s the track listing: (It also gives away the plot!)

2. Jake Enters His Avatar World

4. The Bioluminescence of the Night
5. Becoming One of “The People”
Becoming One With Neytiri
6. Climbing Up – “Iknimaya – The Path to Heaven”
7. Jake’s First Flight
