New A-Team Clip Features A Flying Tank, Yes I’m Serious!
May 21st

After watching this new A-Team clip I really don’t know what to say. I do know this though, I feel more of a man for watching it, I have a sudden urge for punching a cow and getting drunk (I’m still undecided if that’s a good thing). I’m shamefully looking forward to this, from this clip I fully expect to see a fun and ridiculously over the top action packed film full of cheesy one liners, I also expect it to be pretty bad! The fact that I like the cast makes me a lot more open to this film than what I usually would be with these sort of films.
The A-Team stars Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Sharlto Copley, Jessica Biel, Patrick Wilson and Gerald McRane. Director Joe Carnahan (Smokin’ Aces) led the production from a story he wrote with Skip Woods and Brian Bloom. The A-Team follows the exciting and daring exploits of a colourful team of former Special Forces soldiers who were set up for a crime they did not commit. Going “rogue,” they utilize their unique talents to try and clear their names and find the true culprit.
Four New Character TV Spots For The A-Team
May 7th
Yahoo have debuted four new character TV spots for The A-Team , one for each of the four team members. From watching them it looks like Sharlto Copley – currently still known as ‘the guy from District 9′ will steal the show, Rampage Jackson seems a perfect fit as B.A Baracus as well. I’m still on the fence about the film in general though, it could either be good summer popcorn fun or it could be this years Transformers 2……just plain dumb.
The A-Team features Liam Neeson as Col. John ‘Hannibal’ Smith, Bradley Cooper as Lt. Templeton ‘Faceman’ Peck, Sharlto Copley as Capt. ‘Howling Mad’ Murdock, and UFC champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson as B.A. Baracus. The A-Team is based on the 1980’s television series, The A-Team movie will follow a group of Iraq War veterans (changed from Vietnam) who are trying to clear their name with the U.S. military. They were arrested for committing a crime for which they were framed, and break out of a maximum-security stockade to clear their name . The original series, which ran from 1983-87, starred George Peppard, Mr. T, Dirk Benedict and Dwight Schultz. Joe Carnahan is directing.
